- How much is my shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are applied according to the weight of the products you're ordering. Due to our system constraint, shipping cost will be inform by our experienced online sales associates within 24 - 48 hours after your order(s) has been place.
Shipping of merchandise out of Malaysia will be subjected to additional postage charges based on rates quoted by the Malaysian Postal Service, and/or Federal Express Services. Do take note.
- Can I use Credit Card to pay for my orders?
Currently, we DO NOT accept any type of Credit Card as payment. Please see "What are my payment choices?" for payment choice.
- What are my payment choices?
At the moment The Comics Corner Online will be accepting only
- Wang POS (preferable)
- Bank Draft
- Wire-Transfer
- Cheque
as forms of payment. For outstation cheques, we will ship your order once the cheque is cleared. Outstation cheques might take weeks to clear depending on banking institution. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For International orders, we only accept Wire-Transfer. Any additional cost for Wire-Transfer will be bear by purchaser.
- How do I navigate the site?
We've built The Comics Corner - Online Store with one thing in mind - enabling you and all our customers to search, buy and get to know our products better and easier.
Once you're in a store, click on the categories at the top and/or left panel to explore our vast selection of products. Use the links at the top page if you would like to know more about our company, privacy policy, shopping F.A.Q, and other essential info.
- How do you ship my order?
All orders will be send via either Registered POS Malaysia Mail. Optional Pos Laju, Federal Express, and KTM Courier available upon request.
- Can I Track My Order Online?
POS Malaysia's Registered Mail is available upon request. Registration is a service whereby on purchase of special label in addition to the postage, a receipt is given for an article at the time of posting. A record is kept while in the course of transit and acknowledgement of receipt is obtained at the time of delivery.
- What if my order never arrived?
If your shipment never arrived, please call our Experienced Online Sales Associate at +6.03.5635.8478.
